Our works included the formation of a large rear extension, incorporating an open plan living and kitchen/dining area. Furthermore, McConnachie Ayr Ltd constructed a side extension which now houses a garage/store and a utility area. Upon completion of the main house upgrades, McConnachie Ayr Ltd were then instructed to carry out all hard landscaping works and the forming of a standalone “granny flat”, complete with an en-suite bathroom.
