Through a competitive tendering process, McConnachie Ayr Ltd were awarded the contract for the construction of this modern, coastal dwelling. The project included demolition and disposal of the redundant bungalow which was originally positioned within this quarry site. The project had various challenges due to the complicated location and the bedrock in which the new house foundations were placed. The end results, however, are simply stunning. The natural light floods in on all four aspects and the two first-floor terraces make the most of the views of the Ayrshire coastline.
